- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows
- Cancellations made 48 HOURS before your arrival: [100%]

- Note – Cancellation refunds will be processed within 20 business days.
- No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the property without notifying us, we will charge you the full booking amount.
- Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), we may be unable to provide the services you booked. In such cases, we will offer you a refund or alternative accommodations, as appropriate.
2. Refunds
